Fortuny3 Coworking was conceived by Arquit3ctes, one of the better-established architecture studios on the island. Designed from the beginning with the intention of creating a unique and quality coworking space for professionals and entrepreneurs, it sets itself apart from other coworking spaces due to its avant-garde design, the coherence of its spaces and the particular attention paid to the choice of ergonomic and high-quality furniture.
It also stands out for being a very quiet and central coworking, located in the heart of the old town of Palma de Mallorca, in a bright and comfortable environment where you can work in the best company.
Our facilities include a work room with 8 workstations, each with a retractable desk, ergonomic chair and storage space; a large and open-plan meeting room, with a capacity for up to 15 people and equipped for videoconferencing; reception area and waiting room; equipped kitchen, and several outdoor areas, among which stands out the fabulous garden of the inner courtyard. All this, with high-speed internet, video surveillance and access control.

At Fortuny3 Coworking we have a spacious meeting room of 25 square metres, very bright and fully equipped to host meetings of up to 15 people. You can enjoy it under the FULL plan, or rent it by the hour by booking in advance.
The room is divided into two areas, with an elegant designer table and 12 ergonomic chairs presiding over the space, and a corner with comfortable armchairs, perfect for breaks or small informal meetings.
It is equipped with all the amenities necessary for a successful meeting: high-speed wired and Wi-Fi Internet connection, coffee maker, fifty-inch TV with HDMI connection, whiteboard, climate control and videoconferencing equipment.
Furthermore, our room has an exceptional feature: a large window overlooking an interior garden provides natural light throughout the day and also offers maximum privacy and peace and quiet.
Lastly, our coworking room also has a reception area and a fully equipped kitchen which is at the disposal of the room’s users.
The access hours to the meeting room are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Consult other times and availability).
